Cyber Knights: Flashpoint · Steam news · Sep 1 Update #99B: Up to the Edge
that splash, right? With Update #99B, we've fixed some issues and clarified the rules around Stun Break, added another new helmet, 2 new tattoo options, fixed Slashslide and Crimson Vector issues with stairs, small variations in height and going around corners, improved the weighting for early game stories to make sure they are early and improved the rule set for the Off-Duty Trait when it might get stuck on your Knight.
It's a big one for a half-update (#99B doesn't even its own number!

Catharage · Steam news · Sep 1 1st of September Balancing Patch
Hello everyone,
soon I will be uploading a balancing patch, intended to target some of the less popular ships and provide them with opportunities for buildcrafting and specialization. Smaller ships and those with a single weapon slot in particular are difficult to gain significant power with, so I have added native set bonuses to 8 ships :
• The Corvette has received a native Marathon point to solidify its role as the #1 speedy boy
• The Destroyer has received a native Golem point to offset its awkward handling and allow it to build into a "hazard zone specialist" role
• The Drone Carrier has received a native Summoner point, adding to its existing drone respawning speed buff to make it…

Ship Simulator Realistic · Steam news · Sep 1 Is the game abanboned ?
Is the game abandoned ? Of course not , this game grew as my knowledge went from junior developer to a more senior developer. The mistakes and lack of knowledge I had made major mistakes that needed to be fixed from the start.
All the ships have been redone ,remade and reconfigured from the start with the correct way to allow me to make more features like the one it's been under testing for sometime now.
Control more than one ship ! ! !
All this process is very time consuming hitting problems etc.
Also a major thing I wanted to remake was the UI that is almost done and many panels were under major refactoring.

Heroes Suck · Steam news · Sep 1 Patch Notes: 1.0
Heroes Suck 1.0 is coming September 15th
Thanks for playing the demo and the beta! The full game launches on Steam on September 15th at 11:00 AM ET . Chapters 3 and 4, the ending, and the rest of the campaign are all on the way. Your existing demo and beta saves carry over, so nothing you've built gets left behind. In the meantime, here's everything that's changed since the last demo build.
New in the full release
• Steam Achievements. 35 of them, covering traps, town buildings, mastery trees, combat and more. Most unlock right away based on your existing save. Lifetime kill-count achievements are the exception, since that wasn't tracked before now, so those start counting from today.

Golel · Steam news · Aug 27 Golel Progress. Demo and full game.
Good day everyone.
Game wide improvements
I have made a lot game wide improvements that also apply to the full game.
A little nicer menus at the start of the game, and game creation.
IMPORTANT: You can now select the language from within the game, instead of having to launch configuration separately.
A lot of people were unable to find where to change the game's language.
More UI and UX improvements and bug fixes.
There is now highlighting when an item cures poison. A lot of people don't realize which items cure poison.
There are now gamepad controls improvements, but keyboard and mouse or VR are still better options.
Performance is smoother. Less "hiccups".

SporeBloom · Steam news · Aug 27 Campaign Mission teaser: Garden Pot
Hello mushroom fans! 🍄
Much of production is focused around Single Player and it's very unique, exploration driven ecology missions.
Each mission has novel objectives, provided by the always expanding Ancients:
Fungi are talented, able to digest an immense amount of organic matter.
Lignin in trees? Sure! Leaves and other litter objects? Check.
Despite being often invisible in soil, they manage to travel very far. Spores on the wind, carried by insects, and frequently moved by our actions, too.
[url=" src=" news, art, and fungi food sources on the way!

Heart Of Muriet · Steam news · Aug 27 Demo Patch - Version v81rev126d
I am busy this week at Gamescom but I introduced a very nasty, new bug in rev124 earlier this week. Just patched the game:
• Fixed a crash when trying to spawn spell effect tooltips.
• Fixed a bug where sometimes workers did not get out of tents to build freshly placed buildings.
Thank you for playing the demo! And thank you for checking out the game if you are joining from Splattercat's newest video . I will share more from Gamescom once I am back home. <3

Heart Of Muriet · Steam news · Aug 14 Progress Update - The New Exploration System
The old system was very simple. Send squads of scouts (at this time, the only exploration unit) and sometimes they were detected and sometimes not. If 100% of a province was explored, it would reveal all of the information permanently,
The new system has a perception and a stealth value for each unit and a perception value for buildings. There are a lot more units beside the scouts that are able to explore (like knights, archers or summons like spiders and hornets, etc.) Some units have better stealth, others have higher exploration speeds.
Exploration Milestones
• 25% Explored- Beauty/Terrain Type is revealed.
• 50% Explored - Resource and Province Attributes are revealed.

Heroes Suck · Steam news · Aug 11 Demo Update 0.21
Two months of work since the last demo build. Most of it went into the save system, plus a round of performance work aimed at the later-game waves, preparing for release, and a handful of real balance changes.
Your existing demo saves carry over.
The beta is open
The closed beta is live as of today, August 11 , and runs through August 25 . It covers the Prologue through Chapter 2 and is distributed through Steam Playtest. Chapters 3 and 4 are being built separately and aren't part of it.
The first wave of invites has gone out to creators, press, and newsletter subscribers, and there's still room. I'll be sending more batches before the window closes.

Heart Of Muriet · Steam news · Aug 10 Progress Update - Cropfield Pests and Food Rations
This week, I wanted to give you an update on the food system changes within Heart of Muriet.
To make food production a bit more interesting until seasons are introduced and also to have more options for spell influencing crops, I decided to add crop pests to the game.,
Cropfield Pests
• Each province has a pest probability attribute which can be influenced with spells or other means from research.
• Depending on the terrain height pests can have a different probability.
• Crop fields can also have a pest probability modification, which can be influenced by spells, research or other events.
• Each time a cropfield section grows there is a chance the a pest gets applied.

Tales of the Laser Knights · Steam news · Aug 9 Demo Update 0.8.0 – Rocks. Lots of Rocks.
Demo Version 0.8.0 is out!
This update is mostly about giving the desert planet a bit more life and variety. I’ve been adding lots of small environmental details — with a somewhat unreasonable focus on rocks. 🪨
The world should now feel less empty and a bit more like an actual dusty, lived-in desert planet.
Changelog
• added purple cactuses ... cacti ... plants? ! ?

Catharage · Steam news · Aug 6 6th of August Minor Update
Hey,
while today's update is largely bugfixing-focused I want to call out some small additional changes and content additions that are coming with it:
Black Hole Skybox element can spawn rarely in all sectors, similar to how planets are currently spawned. This is (mostly) just decoration ;)
• A new Ringworld Segment megalith can appear as the centerpoint of sectors. This is a large square plate with some landscape and building geometry on top, with fixed POI locations so no traversal around the megalith is necessary.
• A procedural greeble shader has been added to all artifical megaliths, creating a look similar to the texture that these megaliths used to have in the demo.

Cyber Knights: Flashpoint · Steam news · Aug 5 Update #97: Zeroed Sights
We're busy with free updates and expansion - so let's keep that rolling. With Update #97, we've buffed the mid-to-late game armor variety with another 20 unique sets. We've also completed a significant rebalance of Sniper buffing tons of Talents and bringing Strike Zone and JTAC down a little bit. We've also fixed some minor issues with the most recently released story (Project KHRONOS) and improved the automatic camera panning and angling in the game.
