The service
Player32 is a free catalog of games. Purchases happen on the official stores it links to, never on Player32.
Third-party content
Game names, artwork, descriptions and updates belong to their studios and are shown to identify each game. Any studio can ask for its page to be corrected or removed.
Accounts and submissions
Developer accounts are meant for studios and their representatives. You are responsible for what you submit. Player32 may correct or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or misleading, and may close accounts that abuse the service.
External links
Buying, downloading or playing happens on the store or site of each game, under its own terms. Player32 is not a party to that transaction.
Availability
Prices, discounts and dates come from the stores and can change at any time. Player32 shows them as a reference, without guaranteeing they are current.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of the user's place of residence when the user is a consumer in the European Union, and otherwise to the courts of Cádiz, Spain.
