Hotfix 14.2.1 released!

Hey Citizens,

we have just released Hotfix 14.2.1 with the following changes:

Civics

• Added: New civic values "Is Leader In Settlement" (whether a citizen holds the leader title of a settlement or of any settlement within it), "Votes Cast By Settlement" (how many citizens of a settlement have already voted in an election) and "Settlement Leader" (the leader title of a settlement).

• Fixed: Picking up a claim stake or settlement foundation could destroy it permanently instead of returning it to the player.
