Micro update: 1.0.215

- The Wireless Transmitter's channel number now rotates along with its editable text. - The "The Parachute Incident" package will now appear only after you discover the Golden Grass base. This should prevent the package and base icons from overlapping on the Radar. - The "Ignite!", "First Pipes", and "Blue Tanks" packages will now appear only after completing the "Night Vision Test" mission. This should help reduce overlapping Radar icons and make progression through the game smoother. - Fixed a typo in the Windmeter's output port description. - Fixed an issue where the Wireless Transmitter's channel number was always displayed as 0 in the blueprint preview.
